Any renovations or changes to your unit must be approved by the trustees prior to the commencement of the work. You will need to complete an application form and submit to Pretor for the trustees to approve.
Yes, a gas stove or geyser maybe installed after written authorisation has been received from the trustees. Authorisation is obtained by completing and submitting an application to Pretor for the trustees approval. You must make use of an accredited installer and must comply with all the regulations regarding gas installations.
A solar system may be installed but as with any improvements made to a unit, an application form needs to be completed and approved by the trustees prior to the installation of the system commencing.
In the event that suspect you have a burst geyser, please immediately switch off the water to your unit. Please contact one of the trustees. Should you not be able to reach a trustee, please contact Neil from Plumb-Right Solutions on 082 590 4163.
Only two small to medium dogs per unit will be permitted, no vicious dogs allowed. No cats, poultry, pigeons, aviaries, wild animals or livestock may be kept within the complex. Its important to remember that an application for a pet should be completed and approved by the trustees prior to a new resident moving into the complex or a current resident obtaining a new pet. Please check the list of dogs not allowed inb the estate.
